Cancelling course bookings
Course fees are non-refundable once the course has already started. It is important that you are sure that you can attend the complete course before you can book your place. If you are no longer able to attend your course, please do let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to help. Note that we will only be able to issue a refund if we can find another person to take over your place on the course or try to schedule substitution if possible.
